University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1950. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1949. Attorney, Bald, Smith and Lucke. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (past executive director). Married; two children, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. Died in Salisbury, Maryland, June 16, 2022.
